Abstract

The problem that arises in this thesis is that there is a miss communication between the Camat and the regional work unit in the maintenance of Public Infrastructure and Facilities in the District of Pendalian IV Koto which has not been implemented properly, this is indicated by the absence of a report on the maintenance of Public Infrastructure and Facilities that get responses serious from the Government of Rokan Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out how the coordination by the Camat in the maintenance of Public Infrastructure and Facilities in the District of Control IV Koto Rokan Hulu Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a research location in the District of Control IV Koto. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study can be seen that the coordination carried out by the Camat was good, one of which was marked by being communicated to hold meetings with the parties involved in order to determine the maintenance schedule to be carried out and the distribution of tasks. So it can be concluded that the Subdistrict IV Koto District has coordinated the implementation of infrastructure maintenance activities and public service facilities in the Subdistrict IV Koto. As for the writer's suggestion to the Subdistrict to make quick decisions when the maintenance of public infrastructure and facilities will be carried out and both the sub-district government or the community must be open and exchange information about damaged infrastructure, so that public infrastructure and facilities in the District of IV Control Koto Rokan Hulu Regency do not Something else is broken.
