Abstract
Sad, denial, angry, embarrassed, and depression are the first parents’ feel and reaction while they know that they have child with autism. The parents who have child with autism must adapt which changes the main priority in their life. One the way of parents to get out from denial phase is improve their worship. Always grateful for increase the meaning of life. The purpose of this research to find out the correlation of gratitude with the meaning of life to parents who have child with autism with autism at Pusat Layanan Autis on Pekanbaru which number of population are 39 people in this research. The result of this research is used pearson product moment correlation analysis. The result of analysis that have been done show positive influence between gratitude and meaningfulness of life to parents who have child with autism at Pusat Layanan Autis on Pekanbaru (r= 0.530, = 0.280). R Square is 0,280 or 28% and 72% and other variable also affecting this research.
