Abstract
This study aims to analyze the service at PT. Telkom Indonesia Pekanbaru City, as well as knowing the obstacles faced by PT. Telkom Indonesia Pekanbaru City in Providing Services to Customers, especially IndiHome users. Indicators of this study are Requirements, Procedures, Service Time, Costs / Tariffs, Service Products, Complaint Management. This type of research located in Pekanbaru City is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location being examined. The population used in this study is the General Manager. Pekanbaru Area Access Manager, Customer Service, Network Installation Technicians. The saturation sampling technique used in assigning individuals to employee populations and accidental sampling techniques for customers, the types and data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researchers assessed and concluded that Analysis of Services at PT. Telkom Indonesia Pekanbaru City "Fairly Done".
