Abstract

BUMDES Elok Basamo carries out several activities, namely catfish ponds, daily soybeans, and credit goods. The purpose of the establishment of BUMDES Elok Besamo is to improve the Village economy, optimize Village assets to be useful for the welfare of the Village, increase community efforts in managing Village potential, develop business cooperation plans between villages and / or with third parties, create opportunities and market networks that support needs public services improve the welfare of the community through improving public services, equal distribution of the Village economy, and increasing the income of the Village community and Village Income. This study aims to determine the evaluation of BUMDES Elok Basamo activities, and the causes of not achieving the BUMDes objectives. This research uses qualitative methods and descriptive research type. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness (goal) of establishing BUMDES where employment was still minimal, the contribution of Bumdes activities was still small in the village and other goals had not been achieved, the efficiency of funds was still not maximized, seen from the loss of fish pond activities, the accuracy of the activities was achieved The lack of community responsiveness in Elok Basamo's BUMDES activities, meanwhile the indicators of adequacy and equity are also not optimal, even though the three Elok Basamo BUMDES activities are carried out and with large capital. Based on the results of evaluation research on the three Bumdes Elok Basamo activities, they have been running, but they are still far from optimal, because there are several causes including BUMDes management, awareness of the management and lack of community participation residents, opening jobs.
