Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the infrastructure development in Batu Tritip Village. infrastructure is a necessity for the community. To meet the needs of the community, it is necessary to have the role of the government, namely the village head in building infrastructure. The author sees several problems in infrastructure development. The picture in the field obtained shows that there are problems in the implementation of infrastructure development in Batu Tritip Village. This encourages researchers to explain and analyze further in academic studies about this phenomenon in the form of a thesis scientific paper. In this study, researchers refer to relevant theories to answer each of the fundamental problems of evaluating infrastructure development. The theory used in relation to the implementation of the village head's duties is the theory proposed by Wiliam N Dunn. This type of research is qualitative research and uses processed data related to the research conducted. This qualitative approach is defined as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The data collected in this study uses more secondary data, whereas primary data is needed to complement / support the analysis of secondary data that has been obtained. Primary data were obtained from interviews with informants who were competent in answering this problem. Inhibiting factors or constraints for the authors of the analysis were indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, adequacy and leveling. responsiveness.
