This research was conducted at the Office of the Sumatra River Region III Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze employee job satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 89 people using the census method. Analysis of the data used in this research is quantitative descriptive. From the results of research that has been carried out where emotional indicators employees on the work situation within the criteria are very satisfying, temporary indicators of the work achieved can be met and employees have a response affective in satisfying criteria. On average, job satisfaction of employees in very satisfying category. Job satisfaction is a positive attitude towards someone's work. Basically, job satisfaction is a personal matter. Each individual will be satisfied differently according to the value system applied to it.
