Abstract

This research was conducted at UIRA Green House Agro Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau, Teropong No 62 road, Kubang Jaya Village, Siak Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar District, this research was conducted for 4 months starting from August to November 2018. from this study was to determine the effect of interaction between the application of liquid urine organic fertilizer and hormonal ZPT to the growth and yield of hydroponic NFT celery plants. The design used in this study is the Design of Divided Plots in the form of Completely Randomized Design which consists of the main plots namely liquid organic fertilizer of cow urine and subplots, namely hormonal ZPT. The main plot is cow urine liquid organic fertilizer, consisting of 4 levels, namely: control (2.4 EC AB Mix), 3 ml / l water, 6 ml / l water, 9 ml / l water and subplot is a hormonal ZPT consisting from 4 levels, namely: control, 2 cc / l water, 4 cc / l water, 6 cc / l water. The parameters observed were plant height (cm), harvest age (HST), widest leaf area (cm2), number of tillers (clumps), number of leaf midribs (stems), plant wet weight (g), root volume (cm3), weight dry plant (g), and root canopy ratio. Observation data were analyzed statistically and continued with BNJ follow-up at the 5% level. The results showed that the effect of interaction between cow urine organic fertilizer and hormonal ZPT gave a significant effect on all parameters observed except the number of tillers, the best treatment of liquid organic fertilizer for cow urine 9 ml / l water and hormonal ZPT 6 cc / l water. The main effect of cow's liquid organic fertilizer has a significant effect on all observed parameters, the best treatment of cow's liquid organic fertilizer is 9 ml / l water. The main effect of hormonal ZPT has significant effect on all observed parameters, the best treatment of hormonal ZPT is 6 cc / l water.
