Abstract

In the face of the Covid 19 Pandemic, the government has taken many steps to stop the spread of this virus through policies issued by the central and regional governments. For the Riau region, the Governor's Regulation to break the chain of the spread of the Covid 19 virus, implementing Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the implementation of all gathering activities, was stopped and replaced with a new pattern. One of them is work activities in the office with work activities at home or known as Work From Home WFH as implemented in the PT. CPI Duri The Work From Home (WFH) scheme is part of the telecommuting concept, which is common in the world of work and urban planning. However, this concept is usually applied under normal conditions and not because of a pandemic as it is today, but in this case as a solution that can benefit workers and entrepreneurs in dealing with the Covid 19 Pandemic is to implement the Work From Home system. Therefore, in this thesis, we will present government policies related to social work which are the basis for implementing From Home and then the effectiveness of Work From Home in PT. CPI Duri as well as supervision from the government on the implementation of Work From Home. This research is an observational research method (observational research) with descriptive analysis research nature, the research location is in the PT. CPI Duri, The population and sample in this study consisted of 12 respondents using purposive sampling method, while the data collection tools in this research were questionnaires and interviews. From the results of the research and discussion, it can be seen that the government's policy is only limited to restrictions on limiting work activities from home as determined by the company leadership as it should be for the PT. CPI Duri The implementation of Work From Home was compromised first with workers. Then in the area of ​​PT. CPI Duri, the implementation of Work From Home runs smoothly and effectively with government supervision through controlling social implementation carried out by the government through related agencies.
