Abstract

The influence of organizational climate, job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of the Meranti Islands Regency is a step to improve the performance of a group of people who take shelter in the institution of the BPPRD. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of organizational climate or environment, job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of BPPRD employees. The performance of employees at BPPRD is still experiencing several problems, including the number of employees holding positions that are not in accordance with their abilities/education bases and so on. To find out this problem, this study uses several variables where the variables are organizational climate, job satisfaction, motivation that affect employee performance at BPPRD Meranti Islands Regency. As for this research method using quantitative research methods, qualitatively as a technique for collecting questionnaire data and direct interviews with informants such as the Head of BPPRD, Secretary of BPPRD, Head of SubDivision of BPPRD and so on. The results showed that the organizational climate of job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of BPPRD employees in Meranti Islands Regency. means that simultaneously climate, satisfaction, and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of BPPRD Meranti Islands Regency employees. For that reason, it is recommended to BPPRD that there needs to be an increase in job satisfaction, because it has the biggest and significant effect on employee performance. Efforts are made to improve, among others, by paying attention to the factors that are indicators of employee job satisfaction. In addition to employee job satisfaction, it is also necessary to increase organizational climate variables and work motivation because they also have an influence on employee performance.
