Abstract

Government policy in order to assist the tasks of the Kelurahan / Village to improve service and population administration, the government issued a neighborhood policy as an extension of the Kelurahan / Village hand. Based on the policies that have been issued by the government, for this reason the researcher approaches and offers to the policy by evaluating existing policies. This study aims to determine and analyze the evaluation of the duties of the Chairperson of the Neighborhood Unit in Assisting the Task of the Head of Tanjung Kapal Village in Rupat, Bengkalis Regency and also to identify and analyze the obstacles in the implementation of the Chairperson of the Neighborhood Unit in Assisting Tanjung Kapal Village in Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. William N Dunn's public policy evaluation theory regarding criteria is the degree of compatibility between concepts and facts. In the study the authors used a type of qualitative research and used descriptive methods. Descriptive method is research that tries to give a picture as accurately as possible about an individual, situation, or certain group. Thus, this study intends to collect data on the Evaluation of the Chairperson's Task Implementation In Assisting the Task of the Head of Tanjung Kapal Village in Rupat, Bengkalis Regency, then the results are clearly described as occurring in the field. The results showed that the Chairperson of the Neighborhood Task Force in Assisting the Task of the Head of Tanjung Kapal Village in Rupat District of Bengkalis Regency had not done well, this was evidenced by an answer from the informant in Tanjung Kapal Village, so it could be concluded in the study that the Neighborhood Unit had not carried out their duties in accordance with existing regulations.
