Abstract

Supervision of foreign workers has a very broad aspect so that a comprehensive supervision system is needed, ie from the outset of foreign workers entering Indonesia must have a valid and valid travel document, until the activities carried out by foreign workers, this will be the one carefully by raising the title of the implementation of supervision and enforcement of residence permits for foreign workers by the Immigration Office Class I Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the implementation of supervision and enforcement of residence permits of foreign workers by the Immigration Office Class I Pekanbaru, and to determine the inhibiting factors in the implementation of supervision and enforcement of residence permits of foreign workers by the Immigration Office Class I Pekanbaru. The type of research that the author uses in conducting this research is the Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire as a data collection tool. meanwhile the sampling techniques used in determining individual samples are for the Head of Immigration Status Section, Head of Supervision Subsection, and Head of Enforcement Subsection using census withdrawal techniques, where the entire population is made as a respondent Meanwhile for foreign workers using Purposive Sampling, types and Data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques, and data analysis techniques used were to use frequency table aids. Based on the results of research and analysis that the authors have done, in this chapter conclusions can be drawn and as a complement, suggestions will be made to add input for those in need and interested parties. The conclusions of this research are as follows: the implementation of supervision and enforcement of foreign worker's residence permits by the Pekanbaru Class I Immigration Office is in the less implemented category of guidance, control, regulation and inspection in the implementation of supervision and enforcement of foreign worker's residence permits has not been maximally carried out .
