Abstract

E-Commerce system by understanding the needs that occur throughout the business supply chain and adjusting service standards to be ready Competition that occurs This study aims to determine the effect of service quality in the post office of southern Thailand dusongyo, the assessment indicators used include structuring management, structuring human resources. Tangble apparatus, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for user satisfaction. This research, which is located at the Dusongyo Post office, is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and the data collected by this tool is then used as the main book material to analyze the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of the research objectives at the meticulous location. There is one population group and the sample in this study is 50 people using the Dusongyo post office. The sampling technique used in determining individual samples is Accidental sampling. Types and data collection techniques used consisted of, primary data, collected by questionnaire techniques, and secondary data collected using documentation techniques. The results showed that: The coefficient of determination which is influenced by the variable x on user satisfaction at the Dusongyo post office is very low. While the correlation coefficient which is influenced by the variable x on the satisfaction of users of the Dusongyo post office is very bad. Therefore it is recommended that the Post Office of Dusongyo Selatan Thailand always update and adjust either through the media or Door to Door services for periodic services so as to improve the quality of its services.
