Abstract

Performance is the result achieved by emplooyes in carrying out a job in an organization. Emplooye performance is the work of quality and quantity archieved by an emplooye in carrying ourt their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Problems that arise are the limited number of Pelalawan District Education Office emplooyes who participate in programs or activities to improve the quality of educators and aducation personnel and there are still many buidings or classrooms that are damaged in junior high schools in Pelalawan Regency, the purpose of the research is to find out and analyze performance Pelalawan District Education Office emplooyes in improving yhe quality of teachers and aducation personnel. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive survey with research locations in the Pelalawan District Education Office. Types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, while data collection is through abservations, questionnaires, interviews, and research documentation. After the data is obtained and then grouped according to its type in a table, then the data is analyzed and linked to theories in the form of a description so that conclusions can be drawn. Based on the result of the study ahowed that the performance of the Department of Education emplooyes according to employees was quite good with a percentage of 43%, while according to junior high school teachers in Pelalawan District the performance of employees was still considered to be poor. Meanwhile, one of the factors hampering the performance of Pelalawan District Education Office employees is that existing employees is that existing employees still have difficulty in finding problem solving initiatives and are still lacking in training programs for junior high school teachers in Pelalawan Regency.
