Abstract

Customer satisfaction on service quality is related to one another. Service quality will determine how much customer satisfaction and reflects the performance of the service. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of the quality of sub-district integrated administration services (PATEN) on community satisfaction at the Pinggir sub-district of Bengkalis District. The population in this study were 50 people and 8 employees of the Pinggir sub-district office. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation and the results were analyzed by simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program and supported by interview results. The results showed that: 1) The quality of sub-district integrated administration services (PATEN) is classified as good, but several indicators that need to be improved are responsiveness because there is no information officer, and empathy because there is no special attention to the elderly. 2) Community satisfaction is high, but several indicators that need to be improved are fairness due to the manual queuing system, and community influence due to the lack of attention of officers on suggestion box services. 3) There is a significant influence between the quality of Sub-District Integrated Administration Services (PATEN) on community satisfaction at the Office of the Pinggir Sub-District of Bengkalis District, which means that every increase in service quality will also increase community satisfaction constantly.
