Abstract

Parking lots on the side of a public road are vehicle stops at certain locations on the edge of public roads in the area. Particularly in the city of Pekanbaru a zoning system applies. From the zoning system, if the tariff based on the zone has been applied properly, the target of parking fees that have been set must be achieved, especially in zone 1 which is known that in the zone the parking tariff is quite large which is a national roads and prone to traffic so that quite high tariffs are applied. From the problem, which was found by the Transportation Department, it rarely gives direction to the parking attendants, the parking attendants have not been maximized, there are also many parking attendants who do not collect according to the provisions and the target of receiving retribution for parking for the last 3 (three) years, it can be formulated the problem of this research is How the Implementation of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 14 of 2016 concerning Parking Levies on the Side of Public Roads in Increasing the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) of Pekanbaru City (Case Study Zone 1). With this type of mixed descriptive research using questionnaires, interviews and observations as data collection material. After conducting research and discussion on Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 14 of 2016 concerning Parking Levies on the Side of Public Roads in Increasing Local Revenue (PAD) of Pekanbaru City (Case Study Zone 1) using implementation indicators consisting of 6 (six) indicators namely Size and policy objectives, resources, implementing agencies, implementing attitudes, communication and social, economic and political environment, the results of the study are obtained and it can be concluded that Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 14 of 2016 concerning Public Roadside Parking Retribution in Increasing Local Revenue (PAD) Pekanbaru City (Case Study Zone 1) in the quite good category
