Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the basic techniques of dribbling in football games by applying the modification of tools to students of SDN 014 Sidodadi, District of Logas Tanah Darat, Kuansing Regency. This type of research is PTK (Classroom Action Research). The population in this study were fifth grade students at SD Negeri 014 Sidodadi, District of Logas Tanah Darat, Kuansing Regency, 15 students consisting of 6 male students and 9 female students. The results of applying the tool modification found that the average learning result of dribbling was 73 with the number of students completing or passing 53%. The application of the modified learning method in the second cycle obtained an average of 81.3 dribbling learning outcomes and the number of students completing or passing 87%. The conclusion of this research is that the tool modification method can improve the basic technique of dribbling a soccer game for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 014 Sidodadi, District of Logas, Tanah Darat, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
