Abstract
This study aims to analyze the professionalism of State Civil Servants in the Development of Junior High Schools in the Education and Culture Office of Siak Regency. The problems raised in this study are about the professionalism of the employees of the State Civil Service for the Education and Culture Office of Siak. The implementation assessment indicators used include employee competence, employee effectiveness, employee efficiency, and employee responsibility. The type of research located in Siak Regency is descriptive qualitative, which prioritizes the list of interviews as a means of collecting data and the data collected is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical condition of the objectivity of the existence of the research objectives in the location under study. In this study, there are one (1) Key Informants and four (4) Informants. The sampling technique used in determining informants is the Saturated Sampling technique. Types and data collection techniques used consisted of, primary data were collected using the technique of interview lists and documentation and secondary data that were collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the results of interviews that the authors get in the field. Based on this analysis technique, the writer assesses and concludes that the Professionalism of State Civil Servants in the Development of Junior High Schools in the Education and Culture Office of Siak Regency is "Profesionals".
