Abstract

The financing facility or Home Ownership Credit (Griya iB Hasanah) is one of the BNI Syariah products for the Pekanbaru City Panam Sub-Branch Office which is carried out using a Murabahah contract. With the financing facility (Griya iB Hasanah), the bank will benefit by way of profit sharing. The bank provides loan funds to the customer and then the customer returns the loan in monthly installments with a predetermined period of time. However, in practice, customers are found who do not carry out their obligations with an agreement that was mutually agreed upon when the agreement was made. Bad financing is one of the major impacts in the world of financial institutions, including one in Islamic banking institutions. Therefore, the banking sector must develop an appropriate and correct way to resolve non-performing financing when it occurs. In conducting this research, the authors formulate the main problems including how to implement a Home Ownership Credit (KPR) agreement between the debtor and BNI Syariah KCP Panam Pekanbaru City and how to resolve if there is a default in the Home Ownership Credit (KPR) agreement between the debtor and BNI Syariah KCP Pekanbaru City Panam. The research method that the author uses in this research is Observational Research by means of a survey, namely the research is carried out directly to the research location in order to obtain information and data related to this research by conducting interviews as a tool to collect data. The nature of this research is descriptive, namely the author provides an overview of the research between debtors and BNI Syariah KCP Panam Pekanbaru City. Based on the results of research on the Implementation of Home Ownership Loans (KPR) between debtors and PT. BNI Syariah KCP Panam Pekanbaru City sometimes causes obstacles in the agreed credit agreement, namely the debtor who defaults, to overcome this problem the BNI Syariah is by asking the bank first which causes the customer concerned (deliberation). If there is no bright spot or solution, the bank will confiscate the customer's guarantee or collateral which is the last resort. If the customer really does not have good faith or is no longer able to repay the loan as agreed at the beginning
