Abstract

Opening and closing curtains is one of the activities that is often done in daily life and usually we often forget to close the curtains at night or especially when we travel. So the researchers wanted to develop the curtain function from manual to automatic to make it easier for users / residents of the house. The formulation of the problem in this Automatic Blinds program is how to design automatic blinds using Arduino UNO-based LDR, RTC, and Bluetooth sensors, and there is no error when reading bright and dark conditions. The workings of this automatic curtain have three methods, namely the manual method, the clock method, and the sensor method which are combined in a mobile application to be able to use the mobile application the user must first connect the Bluetooth.
