Abstract

Village Funds are funds allocated in the APBN allocated to villages that are transferred through the district / city Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget and used to finance governance, implementation of development, community development, and community empowerment in villages. With the passage of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, each village is given a great opportunity for its own governance and implementation of development to improve the welfare and quality of life of the village community. In this case, the amount of village funds that every year needs to be considered and accepted is good. Financial reports, budget planning, realization of fund use planning and transparency in the use of funds need to be made in such a way that the government can manage and carry out its duties with the supervision of the public. Currently in Pulau Binjai Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, the management and reporting of village funds is still using the manual method, namely using Ms. Office. There is no specific application that can manage village fund administration. Of course this is less efficient considering that the village funds managed are relatively large and their management must also be transparent so that they can be monitored by the community. The system that will be built will build a Village Fund Monitoring System based on a system feasibility test with a questionnaire by 20 respondents showing 75.83% where this result is categorized as "good".
