Abstract
Associate gas that produce from oil field can be proced at gas plant facility at Gathering Station. Equipments at gas plant are Gas Compressor, cooling system (cooler) and pressurize vessel. Gas Compressor will compressed gas become high pressure, then shipped to next facility (ussuly as turbine mover for electricity generator). Beside that, condensation process at gas plant produce liquid phase of wet gas. This wet gas (condensate) production shipped with crude oil to increase production. The problem will be exist if gas compressor not active, all associate gas will be burnt at flare stack and no wet gas production. This study will search method that can optimize wet gas production, even gas compressor is not active. Methode that we used is named as flare cooling method. This system will use condensation process that will be exist when we activate cooler and vessel. Flare cooling proven effective to produce liquid phase of wet gas 43.68% and optimize production 177%
