Abstract

The implementation of the Agricultural Land Production Sharing Agreement is mostly carried out in rural communities because the majority of the population works as farmers, as well as the implementation of the Agricultural Land Production Sharing Agreement in Petapahan Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. Until now, the agricultural land product sharing agreement is still being used by the community in Petapahan Village. Petapahan Village is one of the villages in Tapung District, Kampar Regency, which has the potential in the agricultural sector because it is supported by a sufficiently large supply of agricultural land as well as its agricultural location so that it can potentially become agricultural land. There are two main problems in this research, namely How to implement the Production Sharing Agreement for plantation land in Petapahan Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency and What are the inhibiting factors for implementing the Production Sharing Agreement for plantation land according to Law Number 2 of 1960. This research uses sociological legal research methods (empirical) or observations (Observational research) which are descriptive analytical, while the data collection tools in this study are through interviews and observations with regard to the implementation of Law Number 2 of 1960 Regarding Production Sharing Agreements in The research location was Petapahan Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, the researcher conducted interviews with the Village Head, Cultivators and Land Owners as my respondents. Law enforcement of the Production Sharing Agreement in its implementation is still in conflict with the existing regulations, in which the implementation of the Production Sharing Agreement in Petapahan Village is not carried out in front of the Village Head, this occurs because they are still obedient to customary law and lack of legal knowledge so that customary law becomes a the basis for the implementation of the agreement for the production of agricultural land and there are other inhibiting factors that hinder the implementation of the production sharing agreement which is regulated in accordance with Law Number 2 of 1960 concerning Production Sharing Agreements.
