Abstract

Persecution is unpleasant, leading others injured even lost their lives, in which it was committed deliberately and even beyond the borders so that the impact caused from this persecution such as trauma, physical disabilities, not even a little bit of a stretch lives because the crime of persecution. If seen from the type and mode of the persecution happened in MP Club Pekanbaru, the crime of persecution occurred after closing of MP Club in the early hours of dawn, where the feeling is not happy, because the perpetrator of the quarrel with his friend anybody melt away. If viewed from the what happened place where nightlife is indeed identical to the criminal. As for the Problems that became a staple in this research is: what factors led to the crime of persecution that occurred at MP Club Pekanbaru, in case Docket No. 116/Pid. B/2017/PN.Pbr. As well as how form Countermeasures of crime of persecution that occurred in Pekanbaru Club in the case of the MP of case No. 116/pid. B/2017/PN.Pbr. In terms of type and nature, then this research use this type of field research Observational Research by means of a survey, conducted in what research, while the nature of this research is Descriptive research that is aimed at to give you an idea clearly and detailed information about the factors that led to the criminal act of persecution in MP Club Pekanbaru and the form of the response of the criminal act of persecution in MP Club Pekanbaru. From the results of this study concluded, that the factors the causes of the occurrence of the crime of persecution in MP Club Pekanbaru that is, environmental factors, family factors, educational factors, factors of alcohol, weak law enforcement and a lack of awareness Community law, whereas countermeasures conducted by the police is preventive and repressive effort effort. As for the suggestions that were presented, namely, to law enforcement authorities conduct outreach to the community about the consequences of the crime of persecution, because if left to mankind, certainly will not appreciate the lives and safety of others, if often legal counselling was held into the environment the community is certainly a crime of persecution continues to decline and there will be a serious problem on a community-wide environment, given the of police task was to maintain security and good order of society enforcing the law, as well as providing protection to the community.
