Abstract
The background of this study is the service provided for the mosque congregation can build trust among its members. The term "service" needs to be developed in the mosque area. On the other hand, in essence, the members of mosque congregation are able to rate the quality of mosque's management which will be an input for the administrators to keep improving the quality of service. The problem formulation of this study is whether the core service, facilitating service, and supporting service influence the congregation satisfaction at the Ar-Rahman Great Mosque of Pekanbaru City. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of core service, facilitating service and supporting service on congregation satisfaction at the Ar-Rahman Great Mosque of Pekanbaru City. The method of this study is filed research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study consists 1060 people and the sample consists of 91 people. The sampling technique used is the Slovin formula. The data are performed by using SPPS for windows 23.0. The results of this study show that: (1) the variable of core service has a positive influence on congregation satisfaction at the Ar-Rahman Great Mosque of Pekanbaru City. (2) the variable of facilitating service has a positive influence on congregation satisfaction at the Ar- Rahman Great Mosque of Pekanbaru City. (3) the variable of supporting service has a positive influence on congregation satisfaction at the Ar-Rahman Great Mosque of Pekanbaru City. Simultaneously, the excellent service influences the congregation satisfaction at the Ar-Rahman Great Mosque of Pekanbaru City. It means that the variables of core service, facilitating service, and supporting service have a simultaneous influence on the congregation satisfaction at the Ar-Rahman Great Mosque of Pekanbaru City.
