Abstract
In general, the issue of Manpower in companies is a problem that can be said to be very complex, where the problem is increasing with normalization of wages and social security. In essence, the productivity of a company describes the internal performance of the company itself, and reflects the success or failure of the work system that was built to produce goods or services as much as possible with input in the form of material or company resources as sparingly as possible. CV. Linda Jaya is one of the companies producing processed wood in the field of pallet packing for distribution to large companies which is the main research objective of the author. This study aims to determine how the implementation of wages to employees and the effect of wages on employee productivity at CV. Linda Jaya in Kubang Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The research method used is to use empirical legal research methods by examining how law works in the community, in this case CV. Linda Jaya. Research carried out by way of observation (observational research) by way of going straight to the field to get information and data relating to the author's research. In the results of this study, showed that the level of wages is inversely proportional to employee productivity in the CV. Linda Jaya, where employee work productivity tends to decline which makes the entry and exit of employees because the implementation of wage payments has been delayed (not on time). Guaranteed Legal Protection for this event that article 18 point c PP No.78 regarding wages confirms that companies must pay a fine of 5% for each day of delay. This should be a particular concern and attention for business operators, namely CV. Linda Jaya that the implementation of these wages is very influential on employee work productivity and business productivity itself.
