Abstract

Human life individually is in the rotation of life in various directions that blend with it. Because actually the nature of human needs invites to family so as to achieve longing in the nature of life. Even though there is no life faced with sincerity by a small person. In fact, they need elements of strength, pay attention to the gathering places, help in handling burdens, facing difficulties, from all the needs of family rules. In this study the problems raised were How was the implementation of divorce outside the court in the District of Pinggir District, Bengkalis based on government regulation Number 9 of 1975. What is the result of the divorce law outside the court in the community of Pinggir Sub-District, Bengkalis Regency. This research can be classified into the Observational Research research method, namely by means of a survey, which is a direct research on the location of research connected with the provisions of the Act and the opinions of experts and the existing legal basis. By using data collection tools namely questionnaires and interviews plus books related to the object under study and data obtained analyzed then conclusions are drawn by deductive method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the implementation of divorce outside the court, the majority of the couples who divorced outside the court were the people in Pinggir Sub-District, Pinggir SubDistrict, Bengkalis District. only making divorce statements and a husband said falling talak to his wife and was known by RT and RW and local residents. While in the arrangements that have been set accordingly regarding the divorce system, namely in government regulation Number 9 of 1975 which states that divorce must be carried out in front of a court session that aims for the common good both in carrying out the life of the community and the State. So from that society must be in a setting that has been determined by the government or the State, in order to create comfort and prosperity in carrying out family life and community.
