Abstract

This research was conducted on 17 players of SSB Yapora Pratama U-15 Pekanbaru, this study aims to determine the contribution of ankle flexibility and strength of leg muscle to the basic technique skills of passing inside of the foot in football games by players of SSB Yapora Pratama U-15 Pekanbaru. The type of research used in this study is the correlation. The research instruments used when measuring flexibility were using a basic tape measure, when measuring leg muscle strength with a leg dynamometer, and boards or walls when assessing passing techniques. Based on the results of data analysis and testing, it is obtained to contribute to the flexibility of the legs to the basic technique skills of passing inside of the foot or variable X1 to Y obtained rhitung ≤ rtabel or = 0.093 ≤ 0.482, for leg strength to basic techniques skills of passing inside of the foot or variable X2 to Y obtained rhitung ≤ rtabel or = 0.008 0.482, while the Contribution of Ankle Flexibility and Strength of Leg Muscle to The Basic Technique Skills of Passing Inside of The Foot or variables X1, X2 to Y obtained rhitung ≤ rtabel or = 0.095 0.482. So it can be said that there is no coefficient value of angkle flexibility (X1) and strength of leg muscle (X2) on Passing Inside of The Foot (Y) in football games by players of SSB Yapora Pratama U-15 Pekanbaru. but there is a contribution value of 0.9% and while the other 99.1% can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
