Abstract

This research was conducted at the Ibnu Taimiyah Vocational School in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Learning Motivation and Learning Independence on Accounting Learning Outcomes of Ibnu Taimiyah Vocational School Students in Pekanbaru. When this research was conducted in March 2019. The form of this research was quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression. While the sample of this research is class X Accounting, XI Accounting and XII Accounting students, while the questionnaire is used to obtain data from respondents about learning motivation and learning independence that have been collected and then analyzed. To describe learning motivation and learning independence of student learning outcomes at Ibnu Taimiyah Vocational School the author obtained the regression equation, namely: Y = 1,274 - 0,528x1 + 0,917x2 + e. Based on the calculations summarized in table 4.9.16 obtained t arithmetic of 2.526 at a significance level of 5% with dk = n-k-1 = 50-2-1 obtained t table 2.012. It can be seen that t arithmetic 2.526> t table 2.012. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence of motivation on student learning outcomes in accounting subjects. Based on the calculation results summarized in table 4.9.16 obtained t count 4.423 at a significance level of 5% with dk = n-k-1 = 50-2-1 obtained t table 2.012. It can be seen that t arithmetic <t table. It can be concluded that there is no significant influence of independence on student learning outcomes in accounting subjects. So the results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive influence between learning motivation and learning independence on student learning outcomes at SMK Ibnu Taimiyah Pekanbaru TA.2018 / 2019.
