Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of difficulty of teachers in the implementation of the Physical Education Learning Effectiveness Evaluation District of Pekanbaru City, to find out the efforts made by teachers to overcome the difficulties. In Tampan Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City, To find out the competence of physical education teachers in Middle School in the same level as Tampan District. The study was conducted in March. The form of research is descriptive research. Implementation Ability of the Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Penjas Learning at the Junior High School Level in the same level as Tampan Subdistrict in the City of Pekanbaru in terms of the business aspects carried out by the Teacher as "Good" with a percentage of 71.25%. The Implementation of the Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Penjas Learning at the Middle School Level in the Tampan Sub-District of Pekanbaru City in terms of the difficulty aspects of the teacher is classified as "Good" with a percentage of 71%. The Implementation of the Evaluation on the Effectiveness of Penjas Learning at the Middle School Level in the Handsome District of Pekanbaru City in terms of Teacher Competence is classified as "Very Good" with a percentage of 76%.
