Abstract

The problem in this research is that when doing service there are students and students who are not able to do service properly properly, lack of coordination of movements, lack of skills in providing more effective learning methods from teachers so students lack motivation and interest in learning ball volleyball is still low. The purpose of this study was to improve service skills below through modification of facilities and infrastructure. With the samples taken were 39 students. This type of research is PTK. Based on the results of data processing in the implementation of the first cycle there were 25 students who achieved the KKM score (64%), and 14 students who had not yet reached the KKM score (36%). So this research was continued with the implementation of the second cycle and the results increased with the number of 34 students who reached the KKM score (87%) and 5 students who had not yet achieved the KKM score (13%). Thus it can be concluded that there is an increase in service skills under the volleyball game through modification of facilities and infrastructure class VII 3 Pekanbaru 35 SMP.
