Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study most arm muscle strength against the results of the shot. This type of research is an experiment. The population in this study were 53 people and the sample in this study was male students of class XI IPS 1 and XI IPS 2 SMAN 2 Siak Hulu who won 26 people. The data analysis technique used is improvement when produt. From the results of the study and analyzing the data, this study can infer the strength produced against 70%, the value of power on the muscle strength test the arm is (max) 5.60 meters and the lowest (Min) is 2.12 meters, the average (average) at 4.28 meters, Median (middle value) is 4.46 meters and the Deviation standard ( SD) is 0.77 while in the bullet test the highest value (max) is 10.6 meters, then the lowest value (min) is 2.55 meters. Means (on average) is 6.99 meters, The Median value (Middle Value) is 6.99 meters, and the Standard Deviation is 1.56.
