Abstract
The problem in this study is that there are still many students who have not been able to achieve the maximum repulsion results. The lack of students' knowledge about muscle training in any part of the body that is useful for carrying out bullet movements, as well as various physical conditions that make student bullet shots vary too. This study aims to find out whether there is a contribution of bullet resistance to the results of bullet repulsion of male students of class XI Benai 1 High School in Kuantan singing. This type of research is correlational research with data processing techniques using arm muscle strength tests and Reject Bullets. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques obtained were analyzed by simple product moment correlation. The population in this study were male students of class XI Benai 1 Public High School Kuantan District singing numbering 12 people. The sample of this study uses total sampling technique, meaning that the entire population is sampled. So the number of samples in this study were 12 sons. Based on data analysis, the correlation between the strength of the arm muscles and the results of the bullet is obtained, where rxy (0.584) means that the hypothesis is accepted and there is a contribution of arm muscle strength to the bullet resistance in male students of class XI 1 of Benai Kuantan Singingi. The resulting contribution was 34.11%, while the remaining amounted to 65.89%.
