Abstract

The Form of Presentation of Bordah Zikr Music in the Bernai Night Traditional Ceremony on the Malay Community in Ampera I Village, Stabat Lama, Wampu . District Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province Ibn Shiam Al Aziz 146710086 Main Advisor Assistant Advisor Dr. Nurmalinda S.Kar., M.Pd., Asri S.Sn., M.Sn., NIDN: 1014096701 NIDN: 1017057401 ABSTRACT The formulation of the problem in this study is "What is the shape of the the presentation of Zikir Bordah music in the traditional ceremony of the night of worship to the community Malays in Ampera I Village, Stabat Lama, Wampu District, Langkat Regency North Sumatra Province. The form of presentation is the way the art is presented to those who witnessed it, through listeners, and even observers in the audience the public in general. The elements that play a role in appearance or presentation is the skill of facilities and media, according to Indrayanto (2013:10). The purpose of this study was to determine the form of presentation of Zikir Bordah music in the traditional night ceremony for the Malay community in Ampera I Village, Stabat Lama Wampu District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. the method used in this research is descriptive method qualitative analysis. Data collection is done by means of observation and interview. Data analysis is done by describing and reducing data, then concluded. Dhikr bordah art music only uses one The type of musical instrument is the drum. Performing traditional music of remembrance of bordah in Ampera I Old West Stabat is divided into several aspects of the show which are includes (1) time is an opportunity that can be used by the perpetrator show; (2) the place is used for a show (3) a player is a person who performs a show consisting of one one or more people; (4) the audience is a connoisseur who is always present for watch a show. Meanwhile, clothing is a supporting element in a show.
