Abstract

Tambourine music performance (Bismillah song) at the Tunas Harapan Putri Tambourine group in Pematang Sikek Village, Transverse Jungle District, Rokan Downstream Regency, Riau Province EPA SAHPUTRI NPM: 176710162 Dr. Nurmalinda, S.Kar., M.Pd NIDN: 1014096701 ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how the tambourine music performance (bismillah song) in the Tunas Harapan Putri tambourine group in Pematang Sikek Village, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province. According to Edy Sedyawati (1981:60) a performing art if it contains elements including: 1) time is an opportunity that can be used by performers, 2) stage and place are places that are used as a performance, 3) players are According to Suwardi Endaswara (2011: 34-39) said that some performing arts must meet several elements, namely: 1) players, namely people as actors in the performance. performing arts, 2) the stage is the place where the performance is held, 3) the costumes are the clothes used in the performance, 4) the audience is the person who watches the performance. This research uses descriptive research. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. From the results of research conducted by the Tunas Harapan Putri Tambourine group, conclusions can be drawn. In the tambourine show, Putri Tunas Harapan usually performs in swinging and circumcision events, usually the show starts in the morning at 09.00 to 11.30 WIB while in the afternoon from 02.00 to 04.30 WIB, the players usually appear sitting under the floor with a mat covered and the place is outside the yard and inside. house, for the costumes used in the performance of the tambourine group, Putri Tunas Harapan, wearing the costumes that have been determined by the head of the tambourine. There are 20 players in the Tunas Harapan Putri Tambourine group, the audience who attended were the public and family members. Bismillah is the opening song in the Tunas Harapan Putri Tambourine performance. The Bismillah song is delivered to remind us all in one day, we should never forget to say Bismillah in anything. things we want to start and we do.
