Abstract

Analyzing is a person's ability to detail, elaborate on something material or circumstances to understand between the parts in a text based structure and linguistic rules in the negotiating text so they can know the real condition. The problem in this study 1) What is ability analyze the negotiating text of X class YLPI Pekanbaru high school students based on structure? 2) What is the ability to analyze the negotiating text of class X students YLPI Pekanbaru high school based on linguistic rules. The purpose of this study are 1) Describe, analyze, interpret the ability to analyze texts the negotiation of X class YLPI Pekanbaru high school students based on structure. 2) Describe, analyze, interpret the ability to analyze text negotiating a class X student of YLPI Pekanbaru High School based on linguistic rules. The population in this study were all class X SMA YLPI Pekanbaru totaling 70 students. The scope of this study is included in the scope study of knowledge about teaching Indonesian in analyzing. Theory which is used to analyze the problem in this study is Keraf (2005: 56) Purwanto (2011: 302) Ministry of Education and Culture (2016: 168) Yustinah (2016: 140). Which method used in this research is descriptive method with approach quantitative. The technique used in this research is observation technique, interview techniques, and test techniques. The data analysis technique is a percentage technique referenced from Sudijono, Anas (2012), and to calculate the stated value Yustinah (2016). The results of this study as a whole that ability analyze the negotiating text of class X SMA YLPI Pekanbaru can be concluded 1) The ability to analyze the negotiating text of class X students of YLPI Pekanbaru Pekanbaru 2018/2019 school year based on the structure is in the category is not very good with a value (56.50). 2) The ability to analyze the negotiating text of class X high school students Pekanbaru YLPI school year 2018/2019 based on language rules are at the category is not very good with grades (39.05). Thus the hypothesis is reads the ability to analyze the negotiating text of class X students of YLPI High School Pekanbaru based on the structure with less categories with a value of 61-66 on hypothesis accepted. Meanwhile, the hypothesis that reads the ability to analyze texts negotiating a class X student of YLPI Pekanbaru High School based on linguistic rules with a less category with a value of 61-66 in this research hypothesis is accepted.
