Abstract

Development Mathematics Learning Tool with Learning Cycle 5E (LC-5E) in MTs An-Nur Pulau Palas Academic Year 2020/2021 FAJAR IKHTA GUSMAN NPM.166411057 Final Project. Mathematics Department. Faculty of Teaching and Education. Islamic University of Riau. Advisor: Leo Adhar Effendi, M.Pd. ABSTRACT This research aims to produce mathematics learning tools which has been tested valid through Learning Cycle 5E model in MTs An-Nur Pulau Palas. Produce learning researched form lesson plan and student worksheet. Learning Cycle 5E model make a learners actively involved in learning, motivate learners in learning, developing individual potential and meaningful learning. The method of this research is development with ADDIE model which has been modified, namely:1) Analysis, 2) Design and 3) Development. Data collected instrument of this research are lesson plan validation paper and student worksheet validation paper. Data collected technique of this research are validation paper from twolecturersMathematics department Faculty teaching and education Islamic university of Riau and two mathematic teachers in Mts An-Nur Pulau Palas. Data analysis technique is analyze of data validation. The validity of the learning tools is seen from the results of content validation and format validation obtained from the average score on the validation paper. The result of this research are obtained lesson plan validation is 90,63% with very valid category and validation student worksheet is 80,76% with valid category. Based on this research is obtained produce mathematics learning device with Learning cycle 5E in quadrilateral which has been valid.
