Abstract
This study aims to find out how the role of the principal in planning management facilities and infrastructure at SDN 39 Pekanbaru, to find out, the role of the principal in the procurement of facilities and infrastructure management at SDN 39 Pekanbaru, and for the role of the principal in supervising facilities and infrastructure at SDN 39 Pekanbaru. . This type of qualitative research uses data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data in the study was carried out by triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the principal's role as a manager in the management of school facilities and infrastructure at SDN 39 Pekanbaru using planning, procurement, and supervision indicators is running well. The obstacles that researchers can meet in the field are the limitations of facilities and infrastructure, especially in development then the problem is that not every plan as a school principal can participate fairly in it.
