Abstract
vii ABSTRACT Criminological Analysis of the Emergence of Black Rose Alley in Kubu Babusalam Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency (2017) BY : FITRIANSYAH Kubu Babussalam Rokan Hilir Regency, the emergence of the black rose gang caused unrest to the community in the Kubu sub-district of Babussalam because the black rose gang committed acts of violence and criminal acts against the community with very cruel actions. The method used in this research is qualitative, it appears that the emergence of the Black Rose gang is due to internal factors and also external factors. Based on the results of the study the author found that there had been a countermeasure effort made by the Kubu police station by carrying out a phased investigation of community reports and patrolling the gathering places of this alley and monitoring at night the activities of young people in Kubu and Kubu Babussalam Districts. This study wants to analyze the emergence of the black rose gang in Kubu Babussalam District.
