Abstract

Homosexuality is a sexual delinquency in which sexual activity taken by a person in obtaining sexual pleasure with an inappropriate behavior. The term sexual deviation or what is often referred to as sexual Abnormalities is defined as sexual drive and satisfaction that is directed towards sexual objects that are unreasonably sexual including sexual behavior or fantasy. Sexually directed towards achieving orgasm through relationships in a relationship that is contrary to the norms of sexual behavior in society that can be generally accepted. Homosexuality in Indonesia is generally considered taboo, both by civil society and the Indonesian government. Homosexuality has a spread throughout Indonesia and Pekanbaru as one of them, there are several points of location used as a place for the gathering of Homosexuality and has been proven by the Pekanbaru City Government and as an example is a massage parlor, there is a massage parlor that loved by the Homosexuality. This is the biggest question. What Is the background of someone who is doing massage at Covert Massage Homes that are loved by Gay People?. And in this study the authors used the Qualitative research method which is a research procedure to produce data with descriptive results based on the results of interview of informants and key informants. On this study the informants were, Scholars of Islam, Public Order Enforcers, Chairman of the Neighborhood and Youth Chairperson. And for the key informants were, KA, DP, TH, RAS, and RP. Through interviews after researchers conducted with informants that there are a variety of reasons and views based on the need for this phenomenon, it can be said that this phenomenon is increasing following the development of technology and increasingly sophisticated times.
