Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the availability of online learning facilities on the learning motivation of class X social studies students at SMA Negeri 1 Ujungbatu. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all X IPS students of SMA Negeri 1 Ujungbatu, totaling 144 students. Sampling was done by using proportional random sampling technique with a total of 105 students. As for the test instrument used in this study is the validity of the instrument and the reliability of the instrument. With data collection techniques through questionnaires (questionnaire), and documentation. Test the data analysis requirements using normality test, normality test, hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: between the availability of online learning facilities and the learning motivation of class X social studies students at SMA Negeri 1 Ujungbatu. This is indicated by the percentage of the influence of the independent variable (availability of online learning facilities on the dependent variable (student learning motivation) which is indicated by the value of Tcount = 3,108 which is greater than Ttable = 1,986 at a significance rate of 5%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of means online learning on the learning motivation of class X social studies students at SMA Negeri 1 Ujungbatu.
