Abstract

Educational facilities are all the facilities needed when the teaching and learning process takes place, both movable and immovable so that the purpose of implementing education can run well, orderly, effectively and efficiently. Meanwhile, infrastructure is all facilities that indirectly play a role in the implementation of the education or learning process. Furthermore, learning motivation is a change in energy within a person's self which is characterized by the emergence of affective, and reactions to achieve goals, as well as encouragement from within a person and this drive is the driving force. And learning achievement is the final result obtained by students as a result of learning during a certain period. The results of this study are shown in the form of numbers or letters and actions that explain how the achievements have been achieved by each student during a certain time. The amount of learning motivation possessed by students will affect the learning achievement that will be obtained, for that to foster good learning motivation for students is supported by the factors contained in this research, namely infrastructure that is thought to have an influence that will result in good learning achievement. This study aims to determine the effect of infrastructure and student learning motivation on student achievement in Economics Class XI at SMA Negeri 1 Singingi. The sample in this study were students of class XI science and social studies as many as 97 students with the technique of collecting samples carried out by saturated sampling. It is said to be saturated because the population is relatively small. This study uses a quantitative method using the help of SPSS V. 22.0. From the results of the study it was found that: X1 (infrastructure) had no effect on Y (student learning achievement), X2 (student learning motivation) had an influence on Y (student learning achievement), and X1 and X2 (infrastructure and student learning motivation) has an influence on Y (student learning achievement) Class XI in SMA Negeri 1 Singingi.
