Abstract

The teaching and learning process about the components needed for change does not know to come to know. The curriculum is one component that has an important role in the education system, the curriculum used by Pekanbaru Junior High School 3 is Curriculum 13 (K13). The syllabus is used to discuss a product of the curriculum development outline more than the basic competency standards to be achieved, as well as material material that students need to learn in the framework of basic competency standards. Plans for implementing learning, or in short the RPP holds teachers in the classroom. Learning methods that can be done to help the teaching and learning process, these methods are between stages, demonstrations, discussions, question and answer and lectures. Assessment is done on students when practicing students in mak dances on island islands in groups. This study uses a qualitative method. This research was conducted at SMP 3 Pekanbaru from March - May 2019. Subjects in this study were class VIII.1 of SMPN 3 Pekanbaru. Academic Year 2018/2019 competition of 40 students and art and culture teachers. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, the authors obtained the data obtained by the cultural arts teacher in class VIII.1 Pekanbaru 3 Public High School 2018/2019 had a lot of knowledge about art in the field of dance specifically Mak Inang Kampai Island. The host of Kampai Island is the first, second, third and fourth variety. Especially from those achieved, VIII.1 students of SMPN 3 Pekanbaru completed a practice test with an average score of 85.00 in accordance with KKM 75.00 ... 3 Pekanbaru
