Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Missouri Mahematics Project (MMP) learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of seventh grade students of Pekanbaru State Middle School 10. This research is a quasi-experimental study with the research design of Non-Equivalent Control Group Design and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. In this study two classes were used, namely class VII4 as the experimental class with the Missouri Mahematics Project model and class VII7 as the control class with conventional learning. The instrument of data collection is a matter of Pretest and Posttest. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by test techniques. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the t-test results of the study with a significant level of 0.05, the results of the calculation of t count> t table are obtained where thitung = 2.09 and ttable = 1.669. Based on the hypothesis Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Missouri Mahematics Project (MMP) learning model on the results of mathematics learning in class VII students of SMP Negeri 10 Pekanbaru.
