Abstract
Business place permit is a legality letter issued by a legal entity which in this case is the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services to the Company / Business Entity / Individual which states that the place of business used is in accordance with the local spatial layout. There is a purpose of this research to evaluate business place permits at public refueling stations in Pekanbaru City. This type of research located in Pekanbaru City is Descriptive Servey, which prioritizes questionnaires as a tool for collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives in the studied location. The types and data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Evaluation of Business Place Permit for Public Fuel Filling Stations in Pekanbaru City was in the "Fairly Good" answer category where the average number of respondents who gave their answers in this category was 35 answers, and if made in the form of a percentage, then the percentage of answers obtained reaches 70% of respondents out of a total of 50 people.
