Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the Implementation of Control of Permit to Establish a Storehouse Building in Realizing Regulated Building Arrangement in the District of Kundur Barat Karimun Regency and to find out the inhibiting factors. Assessment indicators to see the Policy Implementation include Communication, Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure, and Leadership. This type of research which is located in the Office of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Karimun Regency is a Quantitative Method with Descriptive technique, which is describing the condition of objects found in the field based on data related to the problem. With questionnaires and interviews as a data collection tool, and the data collected is then presented as the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions and objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location under study. There are two groups of population and samples in this study, DPMPTSP employees with a sample size of 9 people and a community sample size of 25 people. Three sampling techniques used in determining individual samples are the census technique for the Head of Service, the Office Secretary, the Head of Certain Licensing Division and the Head of the Particular Licensing Section II. Purposive Sampling Technique for IMB Verification Team Employees and Random Sample Technique for the community. Types and data collection techniques used consist of, primary data obtained through research tools in the form of questionnaires, interview lists, and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the Implementation of the Control of Permit to Establish a Storehouse Building in Realizing Regulated Building Arrangement in the District of Kundur Barat, Karimun Regency was at the interval of the Fairly Implemented assessment. Recommendations that need to be taken into consideration are especially raising the awareness of the community to take care of licensing in order to create an orderly building permit.
