Abstract

Employers or holders of place of business license must comply with regulations stipulated by the Pekanbaru city government in accordance with Pekanbaru city regulation number 5 of 2004 concerning service charges and licensing in the health sector, one of which article describes every individual or entity that establishes and or organizes service facilities health and will work in health services in regions required to have the permission of the local government or mayor of Pekanbaru. One of the businesses that are developing in the city of Pekanbaru is a pharmacy business. There are still pharmacy businesses that do not extend pharmacy licenses, especially in the handsome district. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the implementation of the Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation number 5 of 2004 concerning service charges and licensing in the field of health, especially the issue of extension of a pharmacy permit. The population in this study were 52 entrepreneurs and 1 person from the integrated services and investment agency of the city of Pekanbaru. Samples taken by researchers are as many as 19 from the pharmacy entrepreneurs and 1 person from the integrated service and investment agency of the city of Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques used by the writer are observation, questionnaire and interview. From the results of this study the writer can conclude that the category is good enough.n
