Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the 1,000 Free House Tread Program for Needy Residents in Palas Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. The indicator of this research is about Content and Contex. This type of research located in Palas Village, Pangkalan Kuras Sub district is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes interviews as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the objective of the research objective at the location being examined. The informants in this study were the palas village head, palas village office staff, the head of the palas village consultative body, palas village community leaders, and the recipient of the 1,000 free site housing program. The technique used was the Census technique for employee informants and the Purposive Sampling technique for informants community, types and data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using interviews and secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is using the creswell theory. Based on this analysis technique the researchers assessed and concluded that, the Implementation of the 1,000 Tread Free House Program for Poor People in Palas Village, Pangkalan Kuras Sub district Pelalawan Regency was completed with 3 stages of implementation, and each community obtained land with a size of 15m x 20m, this is reinforced from the results of observations made in the field shown in the appendix in the form of documentation.
