Abstract

The development of video documentary audiovisual learning media is included in the research and development (R&D). To produce audio-visual learning media based on video documentary Explanation of Lont Orchid Plants (Dendrobium bigibbum) on valid tissue culture material on the Material Structure and Function of Networks on Plants. This research was conducted on 24 to 30 July 2019. This development research uses the ADDIE development model which has three step, Analysis, Design and Development. Data collection instruments used were in the form of validation sheets and student questionnaire responses. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, the sampling technique with certain considerations. Data collection was carried out using validation sheets and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using a scale method analysis technique with a modified Likert scale. From the results of the evaluation of the audiovisual learning media based on video documentary tissue culture that has been developed is considered very valid to be used with an average percentage score of 87.50% by network culture material experts, 93.12% by learning media experts, 91.66 % by the Three Teachers and 94.41% by the students. The product of audiovisual learning media based on video documentary tissue culture is categorized as very feasible to be used in senior high school/MA.
