Abstract
This study aims to produce products in the form of learning media Powtoon integrated with Imtaq on the excretion system material for high school students of class XI. The resulting product is a biology learning CD that has passed three stages of development that is Analyze, Design and Development. The product was tested on 30 students where the subjects were chosen through purposive sampling technique taken from SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru, SMA Al-Azhar Syifa Budhi Pekanbaru and MAN 2 Pekanbaru. Learning media is validated by media experts, material experts, Imtaq experts, and teachers. The results of validation of media experts show that the developed media is very valid with the average percentage of 93.06%, the material experts is very valid with the average percentage of 93.75%, the Imtaq experts indicates that the developed learning media is very valid with the average percentage of 87.50%. the result of validation by three teachers showed that the developed learning media is very valid used in the learning process with the average percentage of 95%. The learning media powtoon developed received an excellent response from learners from 3 schools with an average student response of 94.03% with very valid categories. Thus it can be cocluded that the product in the form of learning media Powtoon with Imtaq on the material of excretion system for high school XI grade students is feasible to be tested on a wider scale.
