Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determined whether there is a relationship of the relationship between class management with biological learning motivation students of class XI science student in SMAN 1 Seberida academic year 2018/2019. The study was a correlational and data correlation using questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The sampel in this research as many as 142 students. Analysis of the data in this study using correlation analysis Person Product Moment. The results of questionnaire show that (1) The average of all management class sub indicators is 78,53% (2) The average of all motivation students sub indicators is 83,43%. The results of observation show that (1) The average of all management class sub indicators is 96,94% (2) The average of all motivation students sub indicators is 73,66%. The results of show that there is a significant relationship between variable X (Class Management) and Variable Y (motivation to learn biology) with a correlation coefficient of 0.450, and class management's contribution coefficient to biology learning motivation by 20,2%. For significant test scores showed that Class Management (X) with motivation to learn biology (Y) thitung (5,961) > ttabel (1,977). Indicates there is a significant relationship between class management with biological learning motivation students ofclass XI science student in SMAN 1 Seberida academic year 2018/2019.
